The customer wanted additional privacy as well as protection from the wind. To accommodate for that a retaining wall was built out of concrete blocks and then stucco was added on top to give it a finished look. The color of the finish was matched to the existing color of the home.

The customer had some water damage to the bottom of the columns and the EIFS was removed and replaced by traditional stucco.
